Aramid Baselayer

It's hard to stay comfortable when you’re wearing flame-resistant gear, but Milliken has changed all that. The Aramid knit baselayer is composed with a soft, super-stretch fabric that fits the wearer more closely, and won’t bag, sag or stretch out of shape. Its primary function is found in its Nomex® brand fiber, but it also features the Milliken brand of superior moisture management for excellent wicking and quick drying. And, as with many of our fabrics, Milliken’s own VisaEndurance® anti-microbial properties can be added as well.

Spun Polyester Thermal Layer

This Milliken fabric is an ideal lightweight baselayer for colder weather. Available in both shirt and drawers, it provides excellent moisture management through a superior wicking process and is quick drying, an essential for being out in the field. These layers also have exceptional soil release properties, keeping them fresh and making maintenance especially manageable.

Spec Ops PCU Baselayer

Designed to protect the best of the best, the midweight Milliken SPEAR Layer 2 is a moderate to extreme cold weather baselayer. This layer helps fight the negative effects of the body’s sweat in extreme conditions with superior moisture management and wicking to harness heat, and quick-drying properties to prevent the garment itself from becoming damp or frozen. It also features exceptional soil release for easy maintenance and high levels of continuous performance.

ECWCS Silkweight Layer 1

A first layer of defense, the Silkweight Layer 1 is ideally suited to acting as a foundation or on its own. This baselayer is made with a comfortable, stretch fabric construction that provides excellent moisture management through both wicking and quick drying. For added field functionality, it also features exceptional soil release properties so it stays looking and performing its best under the harshest conditions.
